1. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer free standard worldwide shipping. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. In rare cases (e.g., customs delays, force majeure), delivery may take up to 90 days.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it on our Track Your Order page to check the delivery status anytime.
2. Customs & Taxes
Do I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
All listed prices include taxes. However, any customs or import duties that may be charged in your country are your responsibility.
3. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major secure payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways.
4. Returns & Warranty
Can I return a clock?
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for clear manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, we will replace the defective part only — no full refunds.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all wall clocks come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects (from the date of purchase). The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.

Do the clocks match the photos?
We strive to represent colors and details accurately in our product images. However, due to screen differences or lighting, slight variations may occur.
6. Order Status & Refunds
Can I get a refund before shipping?
Yes — if you cancel your order before it ships, we will refund the amount minus transaction and handling fees.
Has my order already shipped?
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, no refund is possible.
